<h3>1.Cause for the bituminous concrete pavement cracks</h3>
<P>Asphalt pavement is the main form of road surface, cracks in the asphalt pavement is one of the major diseases. If not repair cracks timely , surface water would easily immersion to road base, resulting in soft grass-roots level, the intensity decreased. After rolling repeated to road, the road will appear damages very fast, affecting traffic, increase maintenance costs. In recent years, it is rare to maintain the general road while highway pay more attention to routine maintenance.Take cracks treatment as a normal project, but expensive. The dangers of cracks to the pavements , it is very important to choose treatment crack material, equipment and construction technology according to the characteristics of the existing.</P>
<p>Study stage of our roads, we find there are many causes of cracked asphalt pavement . We can split pavement cracks into the two kinds of load and non-load-type . Load-type cracks mainly caused by long traffic load effect. For example, design of pavement structure unscientific, hardness of road finishing is not enough, traffic overload, etc., construction not qualified . resulting in cracks of the asphalt concrete pavement by the long-term effects of these factors.</p>
<P>It refers to a non-load-type cracks cracks caused by non-road load capacity. For example, asphalt concrete surface will exit the fissure because of temperature changes, reflective cracks of semi-rigid base, constructed roadbed instability generated cracks. The performance of such cracks is the uneven road surface, resulting in a partial collapse of the seam between the asphalt concrete fracture. These are non-load-type cracks.</P>

<P>During the selection of the sealant , pay attention to those who join a variety of asphalt rubber polymer component, this sealant has strong adhesion, flexibility, scalability and other advantages, it does not dissolve in water, even at very high temperature will not melt and flow, which ensure the maintenance to be stability and robustness of the road. However, our current research the asphalt pavement potting material is not perfect, the selection of sealant can reference to foreign technical specifications selection and use.</P>
<h3>2)main equipment</h3>
<P>Crack router:Rotary impact excavator, can automatically track the crack, easy to operate.
Crack sealing machine:It has a double insulation layer and thermal mixer, which can control the temperature on full screen to ensure that the instrument can accurately reflect the specific temperature of the pavement sealant to facilitate staff to carry out investigation on the situation of the road, also ensure constant temperature of delivery tube. Crack sealing machine can also maintain temperature of the sealant in the lance tip , the material pump system can pump the sealant material into the box, which can protect the hose performance, also improve the heating efficiency of the heating compartment.</P>
