You can navigate the Settings app and select the Users menu to manage
Odoo Security Roles. In the Roles tab, create or edit roles, assigning them a name and defining their access rights. Next, assign roles to users in the Users menu. Users can have multiple roles with varying access rights. Define access rights for each role, specifying permissions for viewing, creating, editing, or deleting records or modules. Save your changes and test the roles to ensure they have the intended access rights.
